We Love Pop & Obsession

In 2015 the Pretty Ugly DJs brought the infamous London club We Love Pop to Scotland. The night for lovers of all things POP takes place in association with Fascination (home past and present to Girls Aloud, All Saints, Goldfrapp, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Saturdays, Selena Gomez, Cheryl, Steps, Miley Cyrus & more).

From hosting the Official RuPaul’s Drag Race Battle Of The Seasons after party complete with lip sync battles and exclusive live performances from Adore Delano, Sharon Needles & Jinkx Monsoon to getting Dirrty with DJ Pearl Necklace (PVC / Menergy) and going RnB with the Push It DJs (Stereo).

We took to the decks as resident DJs alongside the Spirit In The Dark DJs at Glasgow’s O2 ABC2 and packed a lot of pop into 3 years before the venue had to close.

In 2018 we relaunched as Obsession which regularly sold out SWG3’s Poetry Club for another 3 years and even promoted a live show from Tom Aspaul on his Body Revenge Tour.
